The Heights

The Heights, Richmond Height's new community center, has three meeting/banquet rooms for business or private use. There is also a pool and a gymnasium that can be rented. The meeting room space can accommodate up to 200 seated guests or 300 standing guests, with kitchen and patio space available.

Sheldon Concert Hall

The Sheldon Concert Hall has several room options available. The Ballroom can hold a cocktail reception for up to 300 guests, or a seated dinner for up to 250 guests. The backstage Green Room can hold a cocktail reception for up to 75 guests, or a seated reception for up to 45 guests. The Historical Theater has seating for 702 guests, and the Speering Room has room for a cocktail reception for 700 guests, or a seated reception for 500 guests.

World's Fair Pavilion

Sitting atop Government Hill, the World's Fair Pavilion is an open air shelter that is one of the park's most popular and impressive attractions. There is room for 500 seated guests with lighting available.

The Center of Clayton

The Clayton community Center has a three meeting/banquet rooms, reception lobby, mini arcade room, and a recreational facility all available for party use. The banquet rooms can accommodate 80-120 seated guests or up to 500 guests in the gym areas.

Magic House

The Magic House provides a beautiful veranda in front, an open air pavilion in back, and room inside for a seated dinner for 180 guests, or cocktails for up to 600 guests.

The Moto Museum at Grand Center

With a collection of rare and vintage motorcycles, from the many European manufacturers that existed before 1975 to 1900, this gallery represents the tremendous range of creative solutions to the basic design problem of moving a two wheeled machine forward.  The Moto Musuem can seat up to 300 people in its galleries and can host a variety of special events including birthdays, weddings, private parties, fundraisers, corporate parties, and more. Located just 1 block east of the Fox Theatre in Grand Center.

Center of Creative Arts (COCA)

COCA's historic building, located in the heart of University City at 524 Trinity Road, just footsteps away from the bustling Delmar Loop area, is perfect for events, parties, performances or business meetings. COCA has one theater, a studio and a gallery, which can accommodate 250 seated guests, or 300 standing guests.


Faust Carousel Building

Located at 15185 Olive Blvd., in Chesterfield, the Faust Cultural Heritage Foundation offers a restored Carousel from the Highland Park era as the backdrop for your special events. This building has room for 180 seated guests or 250 standing guests, with a patio area that can be used for cocktails or tented space.


Third Degree Glass Factory

This unique venue is a working glass studio in a renovated industrial space located at 5200 Delmar Blvd. and is perfect for hosting private events from elegant to outrageous. The Cool Room has natural light and brick walls while the Hot Room contains the glass blowing area which offers glass activities to enhance your event. Third Degree Glass Factory can accommodate 300 - 400 seated guests and 1000 standing guests.


The Thaxton

Formerly known as the Eastman Kodak Building, The Thaxton is listed under the National Registration Criterion as a rare example of the Art Deco Style. Located at 1009 Olive in Downtown St. Louis, this venue features a lower level with an impressive Art Deco Bar and a balcony perfect for a band. This venue can accommodate 180 guests for seated dining to 300 guests for cocktails and hors d' oeurvers.


St. Louis City Hall Rotunda

This architectural masterpiece features a white marble rotunda, about 100 feet square, with a colored glass skylight above and a marble grand staircase opposite the main entrance. Built in 1896 this government center offers the magnificent rotunda to St. Louis citizens for special events during its off hours.


Cabanne House

Cabanne House, with its functional design, beautiful decor, and unique surroundings, allows you to create an environment suitable for any occasion. The house can accommodate up to 75 people for cocktail receptions and up to 44 people for seated events. The house and grounds can accommodate up to 300 for cocktail receptions and seated events.


Hawkens House

The Barn is a beautiful facility with a large stone fireplace and four large chandeliers. French doors open onto a patio which overlooks the herb garden of the Historic 1857 Hawkens House. The Barn can accommodate up to 120 people.  It is located at 1015 S. Sappington Rd.


Foundry Arts Center

Located alongside the Missouri River and Katy Trail in downtown St. Charles, the Foundry Art Centre is a place where artists can work, sell and exhibit their work. The beautifully redesigned interior of the old Foundry, where railroad cars were once produced, is a new cultural center for the St. Charles/St. Louis area featuring national, international and regional art. Add flowers, music and delicious food and the Foundry becomes a picturesque backdrop for your special event. Punctuate with art for a special evening everyone will remember.
